Q. What kind of training do you do?

A. Our training and advisory services fall into four main categories:

Q. How much does the training cost?

A. Most PRLD training for companies is custom designed to address a company's specific issues. We first listen to the customers needs, then prepare a written bid proposal for the leadership development project. Some of our standard leadership, team and change management seminars and workshops are based on a dollar per person fee; please contact the PRLD office for the latest fee information. Business consulting is done on a negotiated hourly or day rate.

Q. What kind of training do you provide for non-profit organizations?

A. We have worked with a number of churches, non-profits such as United Way organizations, and various government organizations. Most work has been in helping those organizations develop a vision and clear strategies as they must strongly focus their work on what matters most, since they have limited dollars and often limited people.
