About Us
Pacific Rim Leadership Development LLC started up in the summer of
2000 in the State of Alaska, USA. The principal owner and founder is
Ken Thompson, a former executive of the highly regarded energy firm,
Atlantic Richfield Company (ARCO), from 1974-2000.
Mr. Thompson led large and small organizations to success, and has been
sharing his practical leadership experiences with numerous businesses,
government organizations, churches and non-profits since 1989 and now as a
private advisory firm since 2000.
Since startup, PRLD has provided services to numerous clients in a
wide range of industries.
